Location
The unit was very small and smelt like cigarette smoke. There was mould in the shower and you could hear all the noise in the lane way. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

We were so close to such places as yarra river. Albert Park neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention.

This hotel has a fantastic location for the price! It's close to the main CBD, the cricket ground, shopping areas, and it's really easy to get around. 🏙️.

They upgraded me to a larger room, which I thought was fabulous! Also gave me good information on city self-walk tours given my tight schedule.
The carpets in the room can be cleaner.

staff were great, nothing too much trouble. location is great - near Collins St tram, convenience store, eateries etc. ability to leave luggage & collect later.

Nice and central to the city, south bank, southern cross rail, Etihad. Comfortable & clean. I have already recommended it.
Very warm & small reception, could have had the aircon going.

Liked the proximity to where I had to attend my conference. Staff were friendly and couteous.
Could smell the cooking from the Indian Restaurant below. Had to drag heavy bags up the front steps, reception staff did not offer to help until I was virtually in the door. However, I put this down to the fact that the door is not clearly visible from the reception desk. The room was in much need of painting, but otherwise I was pleased with the room, albeit quiet small.
